Paul Miller

Paul works closely with new and existing clients on project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget development for capital and expense projects. Paul is passionate about bringing the talented design, engineering, and construction management team at Segars Engineering to solve problems and complete projects at client sites across the region.

Paul was raised on a small family farm in the Shenandoah Valley and earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Radford University and a Ph.D. in Organic/Environmental Chemistry from the University of Montana. During summers in college, he worked as a mason tender for a commercial and industrial masonry contractor and has had a diverse professional career which includes: bench chemist for a pharmaceutical company, owner/operator of an oilseed processing facility, sales and business development of SaaS and IT solutions. Paul has returned to his roots with Segars Engineering, working with and supporting heavy industry and manufacturing facilities.
